Civil Engineering Web Resources

Welcome to the City College Civil Engineering Web Resources Page

The websites here are useful for civil engineering students, researchers, and faculty at all stages of their career.

Nearly all of these websites are free. The few databases that are restricted to City College students, faculty and staff are noted.

Please note that some of these tabs cannot fully describe their contents. For example, the Math tab has websites for conversions of physical units. So click on these tabs to see the websites that may be helpful for you.

The first 15 tabs are guides to the various types of information sources in civil engineering. Besides the Math tab there is also on tab on technical writing. Following these 15 tabs you will see the the subdisciplines of civil engineering listed alphabetically.

Posting Your Publications and Research

Have you published even one article? If so, you can make both you and your work visible and easily identifiable to the world at no cost to you.

Take a look at the Spring 2013 issue of our library's newsletter, CircumSpice:

http://digital-archives.ccny.cuny.edu/gallery/CircumSpice/Spring_2013.pdf

On page 3 you will find the article: Posting Your Publications and Research.
